Quality & pre-shipment inspection

We inspect against clear, agreed standards: during production and again before the container is sealed. Dimensions, finish, function and packaging are checked with AQL sampling, so problems are caught at the factory — not at your warehouse 40 days later.

Freight, customs & door-to-door

We consolidate your order, prepare the export documents and book ocean or air freight on the route that fits. At destination we clear customs, calculate and pay the duties and taxes, and deliver to your door — cargo insured the whole way. The cargo insurance is provided by licensed third-party insurers, not by us; we only arrange it on request.

Can you start from just a product photo or sample?
Yes. A photo, a sample or a competitor's product is enough for us to start sourcing matching factories and confirming specifications.
Do you charge per project or per service?
We quote per project, itemized. You see the cost of goods, freight, duties and our service clearly separated before you commit.
Can you manage several suppliers in one shipment?
Yes. We consolidate goods from multiple factories into one container, so a single shipment can carry machinery, packaging and more.
Which destinations do you cover?
Our focus is the China → Mexico and USA corridor, by sea and air, delivered to your door with customs handled.

¿Nos facturan a nosotros o a la fábrica?
Solo a usted. Somos su agente de compras: trabajamos para su lado, nunca para el proveedor. Nuestro honorario aparece de forma separada en la cotización; sin comisiones ocultas ni acuerdos con la fábrica.
¿Inspeccionan la mercancía antes del embarque?
Sí. Realizamos auditorías de fábrica al inicio del proceso y una inspección preembarque antes de sellar el contenedor. Usted recibe un reporte fotográfico completo; la carga no se mueve hasta que da su aprobación.
¿Qué Incoterms manejan? ¿Pueden entregar puerta a puerta en México y EE.UU.?
Trabajamos en FOB y CIF hacia los principales puertos, y ofrecemos entrega puerta a puerta con despacho aduanal incluido tanto en México como en Estados Unidos. La cotización especifica la ruta exacta, el Incoterm y el costo puesto en planta.
¿Cuál es el pedido mínimo? ¿Pueden consolidar varios proveedores en un solo contenedor?
No hay un mínimo fijo por proveedor. Consolidamos mercancía de múltiples fábricas en un mismo contenedor —maquinaria, empaque, textiles y más— para que su pedido sea viable incluso cuando los volúmenes individuales son pequeños.
¿Cuáles son los tiempos de entrega típicos?
Los tiempos dependen del modo de transporte y la ruta. Por vía marítima, el corredor China → México y EE.UU. tarda entre 28 y 42 días desde que el contenedor zarpa; el flete aéreo puede llegar en 5 a 8 días. Su cotización incluye el tiempo de tránsito exacto para su ruta.
¿En qué idiomas trabaja su equipo?
Nuestro equipo opera en chino, español e inglés. Las negociaciones con las fábricas se realizan en chino, sobre el terreno; la comunicación con usted puede ser en español o inglés según su preferencia.
¿El seguro de carga lo dan ustedes?
No. Somos un freight forwarder, no una compañía de seguros. Solo gestionamos el seguro de carga con aseguradoras externas con licencia, que emiten la póliza y atienden cualquier reclamación.
