Frequently asked questions
Do you only source from Ningbo?
No. Our office is in Ningbo, but we source across all of China — Shanghai, Shenzhen, Yiwu, Guangzhou and more — wherever the right factory is.
Can you handle a partial container?
Yes. We consolidate LCL shipments so you can import from a single box up to full containers, without paying for space you don't use.
Who pays the duties and customs?
We calculate and handle the duties, taxes and clearance at your destination, and show them itemized in your landed-cost quote up front.
What if the goods fail inspection?
We inspect before the container is sealed. If goods don't meet the agreed standard, we flag it and work with the factory to correct it before shipping.
